Every board in the Sonata collection is made from carefully selected wood. They can be customised to your size preferences, and finished with either Odies Oil or our homemade Board Butter — both food‑safe, both designed to protect and enhance the wood.

We offer two options for finishing your board: Odies Oil or our homemade Board Butter. Odies Oil is a blend of oils and waxes that provide a food-safe finish, easily re-applied as needed. Our Board Butter, made in-house, can be applied directly to the board or used as a top-up over the Odies Oil for added protection. Both finishes are food-safe and help preserve the board’s durability with regular use. Keep in mind, the board will naturally age over time, and we provide our Board Butter to ensure it gets the care and protection it deserves whenever needed.
